Im having microwaved thai noodles with a garlic and herb olive oil sauce and mozzarella on top, and Side salad with flaming hot cheeto fries croutons and a homemade vinaigrette.

I'm having a warm Mexican tortilla filled with fresh organic lettuce, melted aged cheese, hand shredded poultry, seasoned Mexican rice, and hand whipped sour cremé.
I'm having taco bell.

Lamb meatballs from Trader Joe's. Never tried them before, and I have no idea how they'll be...
Also flaming hot fries are the actual best.

Leftovers from the company Christmas party. Honeybaked ham, some sausage stuffing, and whatever else I can find in the fridge that doesn't have a name on it. Still at the office, but nothing is getting done. I might as well go home, but after dinner, of course.

Leftover Coq Au Vin (Julia Child recipe modified for my slow cooker) over pasta, leftover takeout eggplant curry over rice, leftover string beans. And a decent pinot grigio.

That sounds amazing! I love cooking julia child's recipes. I made her chicken a'lorange recently, it was amazing

Meh. I live in a wasteland where no one good will deliver to me, and didn't feel like going to pick it up either. So frozen it was.

I'm eating Cheez Its from the Dollar Store clearance shelf straight out of the box while sprawled on my bed. I have no energy to prepare anything more complex than this.

Salad n' avocados. My co-workers all made treats for Christmas and I'll be lucky to get out of the holidays with 25 lbs gained!

I've got Cheez Its. Is that close enough to Hot Fries?
True story: I used to buy Hot Fries as a lunchtime snack almost every day in grade school. Them were the days.

As good as her Bouef Bourgignon is, as good as her Belgian Beef in Beer is, the chicken fricassee is the recipe in the first book that works the best. Try it - also cool because you get to use fresh herbs wrapped in cheesecloth and tied with kitchen twine. I love kitchen twine. And don't peel white onions, but defrost and drain 1/2 bag of Birdseye pearl onions. Works great.

I think you're older than I am, nowadays the rage is all about Baked Hot Cheetos. Or was, for me, but I bet it still is.
